Overview
A Partner to Help Develop, Foster, and Grow Our Sales Team
Cambridge Computer is looking for a sales manager who will coach and develop our sales force of about 26 salespeople. The ideal partner will coach sales reps, hire both entry‑level and experienced salespeople, balance relationships with business partners and vendors, and handle complex sales strategies among a diverse team.
Role SummaryAs a sales leader, you will work with the C‑suite and other talent to develop the sales force. You will coach, develop and mentor salespeople, build relationships with clients and partners, hire new talent, and implement customized, one‑off project planning. You will work from our Waltham office and use our CRM and management tools.
Qualifications- At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of management in technology sales
- Information technology industry expertise
- Successful individual contributor experience in technology sales
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Hands‑on experience with CRM software and account management systems
- Project management experience
- Capability of being at Cambridge Computer's Waltham office with 45‑minute notice
- Bachelor's degree
- Current authorization (or will soon be authorized) to work in the United States on a full‑time basis
