Fridays: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Sat­ur‑days: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

$17 per hour (plus tips – tips are pooled and allocated to the entire team)

Retail & Customer Service

• Greet customers with warmth and enthusiasm
• Guide guests through our products, flavors, and seasonal selections
• Handle special orders and pickups accurately
• Process sales using our POS system
• Keep displays clean, stocked, and visually appealing
• Rotate products following freshness standards
• Restock packaging, samples, labels, and signage
• Share customer feedback with the team
• Learn and communicate product allergies with customers
• Opening and/or closing store

• Assist with packaging finished items
• Label and date products
• Bring supplies or ingredients from storage
• Help with basic organization and restocking
• Support the team during busy or holiday periods

• Keep retail counters tidy and food‑safe
• Wash items or dishes as needed
• Sweep, mop, empty trash, and maintain a clean shop
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

• Good communicator and team player
• Comfortable using Google Docs/Sheets
• Basic math skills for the register and portioning samples
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand 8+ hours and perform bending, reaching, and other common shop movements
• Reliable transportation to Waltham, MA
• Comfortable working around common allergens and wearing gloves, apron, and hair covering
