Location: We are seeking Food Service Attendants for The Conference Center at Waltham Woods located in Waltham, MA
.

The Conference Center at Waltham Woods is located in the Massachusetts Medical Society building off of 128/95 in Waltham. We service mostly corporate and association meetings, trainings and receptions.

Essential Responsibilities:

As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guest. Your duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

• Previous experience as a server or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Stamina to lift and carry trays of food and beverages.
