- Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques (weighing, pipetting, volume measurement) and Microsoft Excel for data organization and reporting.
- Hands-on experience operating analytical instruments such as HPLC and GC.
- Experience with LC-MS and GC-MS instrumentation, including method development, optimization, or validation.
- Strong analytical skills: data analysis, troubleshooting instrumentation/method issues, interpreting results
- Must be very organized and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be a quick learner who is self-motivated and able to ask questions and seek clarity.
- Must be flexible with day-to-day duties and able to thrive in a start-up environment.
