Summary
Our client is a mission-driven urgent care provider serving patients across the Greater Boston area. This role offers a fast-paced, patient-focused environment where you’ll deliver high-quality urgent and primary care to patients of all ages. You’ll work with a supportive clinical team and enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and strong incentives for performance.
$70-$85/hour, with additional incentives averaging $25/hour annually. Solo providers receive an additional $10/hour, and those who see four or more patients checked in within an hour earn an extra $25/hour. Annual total compensation typically ranges from $150K to $165K in base earnings, with newer providers averaging around $190K/year and more experienced providers reaching $225K to $235/year.
Job Responsibilities- Provide urgent and primary care services to patients of all ages, including comprehensive exams, diagnoses, treatment plans, and procedures.
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and prescriptions, while maintaining accurate and timely documentation with all charts completed within three days.
- Educate patients on their conditions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, efficient care.
- Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Certified to see patients across the lifespan.
- Either DOT certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
- Experience suturing, I&D, EKG and X-ray interpretation.
- Pediatrics experience highly preferred.
- CPR or BLS certification is preferred.
- Prior urgent care or high-volume clinical experience.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working independently.
- Proactive approach to patient education and clinical documentation.

Permanent - Schedule:
Full-time with a 3x12 schedule (three 12-hour shifts per week). Providers work from a primary location and float to a nearby secondary location one day per week, with weekend rotation and flexibility required.
This role focuses on clinical care, patient assessment, diagnosis and treatment, performing procedures, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
