, you’ll leverage your expertise in healthcare workflows and clinical communication technologies to shape the future of our products and services.

Operating at the intersection of clinical needs and business strategy, this role involves broad collaboration across multiple departments, including professional services, sales, product development, user experience (UX), and marketing, to ensure alignment with organizational goals. You’ll play a key role in guiding the strategic direction of clinical implementations and innovations.

The Solution Architect will take a holistic view of the clinical ecosystem, working closely with internal teams to optimize the value Mobile Heartbeat delivers to healthcare organizations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships to ensure that clinical products meet the dynamic needs of healthcare professionals and institutions.
