The right person will play a central role in building the operational infrastructure and team required to support growth, without sacrificing quality or responsiveness.

• End‑to‑end operational workflows, timelines, and execution across the firm
• Visibility across the full client and prospect pipeline, ensuring clear ownership and next steps
• Systems, documentation, and processes that scale with the business
• Client experience execution, stepping in when judgment or continuity is required
• Design and development of a scalable support structure as the firm grows

• Anticipate issues, identify solutions, and drive follow‑through
• Act as a strategic thought partner, bringing clarity and structure to complexity
• Protect the founder’s time by owning execution and operational decision‑making
