Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT implementation projects within Tech Ops
- Gather and translate business requirements into structured IT documentation
- Extract operational workflows from SMEs and convert them into system-ready specifications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, CMC, Supply Chain & Regulatory
- Drive project execution, manage risks, and facilitate governance reviews
- Support technology implementations aligned with Computer System Validation (CSV) processes
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, and data integrity standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of project management experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Device
- Proven experience leading IT implementation projects in regulated environments
- Strong experience with GxP compliance and Computer System Validation (CSV)
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
