Position:
Head of Commercial Digital Channels & Client Integrations

At Cambridge Savings Bank, our purpose is to have a positive impact on our customers, employees, and community's financial well‑being. We are committed to exceeding expectations and having a strong commitment to diversity. We're seeking a proven Head of Commercial Digital Channels & Client Integrations to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our Commercial digital channels and client integration solutions, including the commercial online banking platform, secure file transmission/host‑to‑host, client‑facilitated APIs, ERP/TMS integrations and connectors, and client connectivity/onboarding tooling.

The Head of Commercial Digital Channels & Client Integrations will drive end‑to‑end product outcomes – balancing security and regulatory requirements with usability and speed – while partnering across technology, operations, information security, risk/compliance, sales, implementations, and client success.

This role is ideal for a strategic product leader with 10+ years of treasury management experience in a product management role with a strong technology background and a demonstrated track record of execution skills. Deep understanding of the fintech and payments space is critical.

Key Result Areas
  • Own multi‑year strategy and OKRs for online banking, file transmission services, APIs, and ERP/TMS connectivity.
  • Build and manage a data‑driven roadmap balancing client value, risk, resiliency, and ROI.
  • Define and track product KPIs (adoption, onboarding cycle time, revenue enablement, etc.).
  • Lead product direction for client onboarding and connectivity: SFTP/host‑to‑host, ERP connectors, file mapping, and format standards (NACHA, ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX, BAI2, EDI 820).
  • Partner with corporate clients to develop custom integration solutions.
  • Work closely with fintechs, and ERP/TMS providers (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Net Suite, Coupa, Kyriba, GTreasury) to define repeatable integration patterns, reference architectures, and playbooks.
  • Lead strategy for client and user entitlements across various Treasury Management solutions and platforms.
  • Manage all aspects of BAU enhancements, including UAT testing, client‑facing collateral updates, training, client communications, and internal communications.
  • Enhance core experiences across payments (ACH, wires, RTP/Fed Now where applicable), liquidity, reporting, entitlements, approvals, alerts, and audit trails.
  • Embed risk and regulatory requirements into product design.
  • Champion segregation of duties, role‑based entitlements, dual approval, and auditability throughout the client journey.
  • Develop pricing/packaging, value narratives, and GTM plans in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
  • Responsible for product P&L.
  • Lead client migrations off legacy platforms and drive adoption of modern APIs and ISO 20022 capabilities.
  • Enable internal teams with training, collateral, demos, FAQs, and implementation guides.
  • Lead cross‑functional working groups; manage third‑party vendors/fintechs and platform partnerships.
  • Represent the bank with key clients and at industry forums as the subject‑matter expert.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years combined product management experience in commercial banking, fintech, or payments.
  • Proven ownership of digital channels (online banking, file transmission, APIs) from concept to scale.
  • Deep fluency in payment rails (ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT; plus RTP/Fed Now a plus) and file/data standards (NACHA, ISO 20022 pain/camt, SWIFT MT/MX, BAI2, EDI 820).
  • Practical knowledge of security & identity (TLS, SSH, PGP/GPG, OAuth 2.0, mTLS, SAML/SSO, MFA) and user entitlements.
  • Experience integrating with ERP/TMS ecosystems and/or Payments‑as‑a‑Service.
  • Strong API product skills: developer portals, documentation, SDKs, versioning, SLAs, analytics, rate limiting, and deprecation.
  • Comfortable partnering with Risk, Compliance, Info Sec, and Audit; strong control mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence; able to translate technical trade‑offs into business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
