• Data Migration:
  Extraction and transformation of data from Net Dimensions to Cornerstone, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Mapping of fields and data attributes between Net dimensions and Cornerstone.
• Data transformation based on Cornerstone requisites for successful and complete upload.
• Testing and Validation:
  Conduct thorough testing and validation of the migrated data and system functionalities to ensure seamless operation.
• Documentation:
  Maintain comprehensive documentation of the migration process, including data mappings and user guides.
• Issue Resolution:
  Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the migration process.
• Experience in People Fluent-specific technology architecture; be able to map People Fluent data to Cornerstone; perform data transformation with understanding of usage of data in both systems.

• People Fluent, Cornerstone, Net Dimensions.
• Data migration, testing, strong data analysis skills.
• SQL knowledge to extract, merge, concatenate data.
• Understanding of Net Dimensions field structure.
• Intermediate experience.
