** What You'll Do at Pega:*
* As a Go-to-Market Analytics & Insights Analyst I, you will support the analytics needs across the GTM Organization by building and maintaining data products and analyses under guidance. You will contribute to ongoing analytics initiatives, help ensure data quality and consistency, and look for opportunities to improve how data is delivered and used across the business.

In this role you will:

+ Support the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytics tools used by GTM teams.

+ Assist team members and stakeholders in developing innovative data products that deliver actionable insights, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making capabilities.

+ Learn how to be a trusted business partner to other operational functions to understand their challenges and develop sophisticated data-driven solutions.

+ Contribute to innovation in our analytical approaches by identifying opportunities for process improvement and introducing creative solutions.

+ Support team members in collaboration with stakeholders to contribute to groundbreaking initiatives, including the development and implementation of GenAI-powered analytics tools.

+ Learn how to translate business questions into analytical approaches and process changes.

+ Support a high level of data quality for your data product(s) under guidance.

+ Contribute to team initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, and emerging analytics tools, including GenAI-enabled capabilities.
