8:00 AM 5:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a Deskside Support Technician to join our fast-paced IT Field Services team. This individual will provide hands-on technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset to support team objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Provide deskside support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Build, configure, and deploy laptops and desktops for new and existing employees.
• Assist with monitor setup and workstation arrangements in designated areas.
• Support mobile devices and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating system and application issues; escalate when necessary.
• Occasionally work with high-level executives to resolve technical issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and asset management.

• Strong knowledge of the Windows ecosystem (OS, applications, troubleshooting).
• Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS, Android).
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with all levels of staff.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• MacOS troubleshooting and support experience.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools for device deployment and management (e.g., Intune).
• Certifications:
  
  CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications.
