The OpportunityProvide pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions. Use in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to channel sales teams and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations. Assist channel sales teams in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions.
Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions. Build mini-applications based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for the customer. Provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation.
- Hands-on demonstrations of Adobe Creative / Document Cloud applications to help customers reimagine business problems, improve operations to provision and roll out the software
- Support our Channel Sales Teams through discovery and creative skills to design materials to uncover customer gaps and match them with the right solution.
- Engage 1:1 with existing customers so that they can better understand, use and integrate Adobe Solutions
- Work with a team of dedicated Solution Consultants to help customers address quantifiable business problems.
- College degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of one year or more of Customer-facing experience working as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineers, Technical Sales, etc.
-- or -- 3 or more years' experience with AI software solutions - Experience working with Adobe partner resellers and distributors
- You know your way around Acrobat Pro, Acrobat Sign, Document Cloud Services, Adobe Express and Creative Cloud. You will be showing these applications regularly.
- You're good in front of a crowd and can persuasively present your ideas.
- Be a self-starter and pick things up quickly through research and prototyping solutions.
- Communicate clearly and can use your business writing skills to answer customers and create internal and external materials concisely.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $147,800 -- $236,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In New York, the pay range for this position is $163,200 - $236,400.
In Massachusetts, the pay range for this position is $156,300 - $226,350.
