The Digital team at Pegasystems creates, maintains and continuously improves the websites that help people learn, sell and buy Pega applications. The 8+ digital properties we work on span internal and external audiences across offices in North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region.

We are looking for an experienced React developer to join our growing global team. You will work with a diverse global team of developers, designers, and content creators to help shape React and web digital experiences.

• Build and code enterprise‑level React applications and UI design system
• Resolve complex issues reported on existing applications
• Partner with other IT teams to seamlessly integrate React applications and UI solutions with Pega’s enterprise systems
• Refine complex requirements into bite‑sized technical specs
• Communicate effectively with project managers, product owners, and development team members to facilitate understanding of deliverables, estimates, and prioritization
• Help with the technical evolution of the Pega Digital IT React and Design System framework
• Implement development best practices

A motivated, and accomplished web developer with a record of accomplishment of building state‑of‑the‑art, scalable, extensible, and feature‑rich React applications, with the following qualities:

• Strong technical problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently on projects
• Passionate about learning and applying new JavaScript and web technology
• Committed to collaboration and teamwork in all facets of development
• Excellent critical reasoning, oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team
• Have experimented with Generative AI Applications

• 3+ years of React experience
• 5+ years experience working with Design Systems
• 7+ years HTML/CSS/JavaScript development experience with a CMS
• 3+ years experience with GIT with branching strategies like Git Flow
• 3+ years experience with agile software development and Scrum
• Experience building UI Experiences in Drupal, helpful
• BS or equivalent

Base salary range for this role is 164, PLN annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
