Job Description

Supporting the conversion of Peoplefluent/ Netdimensions LMS to Cornerstone LMS by providing Peoplefluent / Net Dimensions LMS Migration & Support Services

• Extraction and transformation of data from Net Dimensions to Cornerstone, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Mapping of fields and data attributes between Netdimensions and Cornerstone.
• Data transformation based on Cornerstone requitements for successful and complete upload.

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of the migrated data and system functionalities to ensure seamless operation.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the migration process, including data mappings, and user guides.

• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the migration process.

• Experience in People Fluent-specific technology architecture experience. Be able to map Peoplefluent data to Cornerstone.
• Be able to perform the data transformation by having an understanding of the usage of the data in both systems.

• Peoplefluent, cornerstone, Net Dimensions, data migration, Testing, Understanding of the Net Dimensions field structure, strong data analysis skills,
• Enough SQL knowledge to be able to extract, merge, concatenate data

Intermediate Level

This is a Contract position based out of Waltham, MA.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Waltham,MA.

This position is anticipated to close on Mar 4, 2026.
