Join our team as a Data and Analytics Specialist IV, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our critical data. You’ll work closely with pharmaceutical datasets, including Specialty Pharmacy (SP) data and IQVIA datasets LAAD, XPO, and SOB. Your expertise will help us maintain high-quality datasets, driving informed decision-making across our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data line-by-line to identify inconsistencies and errors in pharmaceutical datasets.
  • Work extensively with Specialty Pharmacy data and IQVIA datasets LAAD, XPO, and SOB.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and escalate data discrepancies.
  • Follow up proactively with relevant stakeholders to resolve data quality issues promptly.
  • Establish and uphold data quality standards, implementing best practices for ongoing monitoring.
  • Generate data validation reports and present findings to internal teams.
  • Assist in creating documentation for data quality processes and improvements.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Extensive experience in a data quality or data analyst role within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Strong familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy (SP) data, particularly LAAD, XPO, and SOB datasets from IQVIA.

    • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.

    • Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
