Associate Financial Systems Administrator

Waltham, MA

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Financial Systems Administrator to support the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of our financial systems, with a focus on Net Suite ERP. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2+ years of hands‑on Net Suite experience and a desire to grow their career in financial systems administration.

In this role, you will help support internal users, assist with system improvements, and participate in Net Suite and financial systems projects—both domestic and international.

System Administration & Support

• Responding to help desk tickets from our financial system users in a multi-national environment.
• Manage Net Suite user setup, roles/permissions, and access control in accordance with company policy.
• Assist in the monitoring and resolution of issues related to workflows, dashboards, saved searches, reports, and data integrity.
• Support data imports/exports using CSV and other standard formats.

Process Improvement & Documentation

• Assist with the analysis and documentation of current financial system workflows.
• Recommend and implement system changes to improve efficiency and accuracy across finance operations.
• Maintain internal documentation related to system configurations, support procedures, and training materials.

Project & Implementation Support

• Participate in Net Suite enhancement and implementation projects, including gathering requirements, performing testing, and supporting user adoption.
• Assist in integrating new subsidiaries, features, or financial systems into the Net Suite platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and IT to align system capabilities with business needs.

Required:

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience working with Net Suite ERP in a user support or administration role.
• Strong understanding of core Net Suite functionality: GL, AP/AR, purchasing, reporting, saved searches, roles, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with data manipulation using CSV and standard formats (XML, JSON is a plus).
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Exposure to Net Suite implementation projects or international/multi‑entity environments (One World).
• Experience with workflow configuration, saved searches, and user training.
• Familiarity with integration tools like Celigo.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information systems or Accounting.
• Analytical thinking and process‑oriented mindset
• Attention to detail and strong documentation habits
• Collaborative and customer‑focused approach to user support
• Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment
