Customer​/Billing Business Analyst

• Requirement Gathering – Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Data Management & Reporting – Analyze billing data, generate reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• System Enhancements – Collaborate with developers to implement updates and enhancements in the mainframe billing system
• Issue Resolution – Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring seamless operations
• Compliance & Documentation – Maintain documentation for billing processes and ensure adherence to industry standards
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Act as a bridge between business teams and IT to align billing system functionalities with business goals

• 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale utility or CIS projects
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Customer/1 (C1) billing processes or system enhancements
• Strong understanding of Energy and Utilities operations, including meter-to-cash, billing, rates, and customer data management
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder communication
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments

• Knowledge of SQL or ability to query data for validation and analysis
• Exposure to automation, data migration, or modernization initiatives
• Previous experience working with the company or other large systems integrators
