Net Suite Integration Technical Specialist

The Net Suite Integration Technical Specialist will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and maintaining Net Suite ERP and related financial systems. This role plays a critical part in building scalable, secure integration solutions, streamlining business processes, and supporting stakeholders across Finance and Operations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Net Suite One World, Suite Script, Celigo, and modern integration formats (CSV, JSON, XML), coupled with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Implementation & Integration
- Support implementation and integration of Net Suite ERP and connected financial systems.
- Build, test, and deploy integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Celigo, and file‑based methods (CSV, JSON, XML).
- Develop and maintain Suite Script, RESTlets, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and follow best practices.
- Provide post‑go‑live support including troubleshooting and system optimization.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and business teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Ensure system configurations align with business objectives and compliance needs.
- Identify opportunities to optimize Net Suite functionality and streamline processes.
- Deliver end‑user training and user support for Net Suite and integrated systems.
- Create & maintain detailed documentation of integrations, workflows, and customizations.
- Support change management by communicating system changes effectively.
- Maintain and improve internal system controls across Net Suite and connected integrations.
- Monitor integration performance, proactively identify issues, and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT and security standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years of hands‑on Net Suite One World experience with at least 3 successful integration projects.
- Experience with integration tools such as Celigo.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping, data flows, and ERP best practices.
- Experience working in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments.
