The Human Resources (HR) Team is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist in Waltham, MA. The Learning and Development Specialist will define and deploy learning experiences to empower the workforce of the future.
- Assess skills priorities with sales, services, brands, industry, and geographic inputs.
- Define, source, develop, implement, manage, and evaluate the learning experience—including skills assessments, solutions, content, certifications, and programs—in alignment with business goals.
- Foster social learning and experiential learning by creating and sourcing innovative solutions and content.
- Contribute to international learning projects to enhance the employee learning experience.
- Manage and coach all contributors to the Learning Journey, including content contributors, partners, mentors, and trainers.
- Communicate and promote certifications and programs offered within the 3DS University.
- Monitor learning activities through data administration, reporting, LMS management, and session follow‑up.
- Design or co‑design learning content and facilitate internal sessions on leadership and soft‑skills development.
- Partner and collaborate closely with managers to shape learning offers.
- Degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field focusing on Organizational Development or Learning & Development.
- 8+ years of experience in a Learning and Development role with a proven track record of driving positive learning outcomes; experience in sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in pedagogy and instructional design, including Adult Learning Theory, Coaching, ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and similar methodologies.
- Technical knowledge of Learning Management Systems and eLearning tools.
- Strong desire to learn and propose world‑class learning experiences.
- Experience working in a multicultural and international environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales enablement/value engagement is highly preferred.
- Adaptability and change‑management skills.
- Effective presentation skills and strong written and verbal communication.
