Currently, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our Waltham team to support our clients and enhance guest satisfaction.

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service while ensuring that every guest has a pleasant experience. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will help create the inviting atmosphere our clients expect.

• Prepare and organize banquet venues to achieve superior quality and presentation.
• Attend to guest inquiries and needs promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and staff to ensure the availability and timely service of all food and beverages.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the venue and work areas.
• Uphold compliance with health codes, dress codes, and industry standards.

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and food hygiene practices.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for managing transactions and tabulations.
• Availability to work late-night shifts and extended hours is essential.
• Physical stamina to walk and stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
