Overview:
As a Housekeeping Houseperson with Waterford Hotel Group, you will create a clean and inviting lobby and public areas for arriving guests. This important role delivers excellent customer service with a smile while wearing many hats.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Housekeeping Department in all tasks and duties.
• Strip vacant guest rooms (remove trash, remove dirty linens).
• Greet guests and respond to queries.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Vacuum carpets.
• Dust and polish furniture.
• Empty trash containers.
• Restock and clean housekeeping closets.
• Clean public areas, such as corridors.
• Report any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Return and restock cleaning supplies at shift end.

Job Requirements:

• A keen eye for detail, time management, and great customer service skills.
• A pleasant and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work as a team and independently.
• Flexible working hours.
• Work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Physical mobility and stamina.
• Must pass a background check.
• Follow instructions precisely.
