• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Home Health Aide Certificate from a reputable educational program.
• One (1) year of documented caregiver or home care assistance experience.
• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile and proof of insurance.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to provide support to push and pull, bend, lift, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
