• Lead the nursing department in delivering high‑quality care that aligns with our mission and compliance standards.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff.
• Implement and review clinical operations and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate comprehensive patient care and administrative efficiency.
• Monitor patient care for quality assurance and implement improvements as needed.
• Develop and manage the nursing budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with departmental goals.

• Current RN license and BSN required, MSN or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, with previous experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with staff, management, and external partners.
• Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, patient care standards, and ethical practices.
