Consolidations & Financial Reporting Consultant – Hybrid / Waltham, MA

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a consultant to support its finance team with consolidations and reporting during a critical period. This role involves working across multiple business units to ensure accurate financial data, assist with compliance, and contribute to key reporting deliverables.

• Gather and consolidate financial data from various sources and systems
• Review and analyze financial information for accuracy and completeness
• Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements and related reports
• Support compliance activities, including documentation for audits and controls

• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and consolidations
• S4 Pro Forma experience strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
