What You'll Do
In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day functions of accounting, helping ensure smooth operations, timely reporting, and reliable financial insights that empower informed decision-making. You'll be a trusted partner to the CFO and department managers, supporting our shared goal of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:

- Oversee financial reporting to ensure timely, complete, and compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash control with attention to detail and process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements, making full use of favorable tax strategies.
- Maintain and improve systems and internal controls that promote financial integrity and efficiency.
- Support the CFO with reports, analyses, and special projects that strengthen the company's financial operations.
- Foster strong relationships across departments through clear, professional, and respectful communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (MBA a plus).
- CPA or CFA certification required.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting management experience.
- Experience in the construction industry is highly valued.
- Familiarity with CMiC or similar accounting systems preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A steady, team-oriented approach with the ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple projects.

As Controller, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our financial health - supporting the people, projects, and partnerships that make our success possible.
