OverviewAn established, independent wealth management firm is seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Advisor / Financial Planner to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a CFP® professional who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys complex planning conversations, and is motivated by long-term growth and revenue participation. The advisor will work with high-net-worth clients, deliver comprehensive financial plans, and play a leadership role in both client relationships and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients, delivering comprehensive financial planning
- Lead client conversations across investment strategy, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax‑aware planning
- Educate clients on complex financial concepts in a clear, confident, and persuasive manner
- Identify and onboard new client relationships, generating new run‑rate revenue
- Leverage financial planning and portfolio technologies to deliver a high‑quality client experience
- Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining ownership of client outcomes
- Participate in leadership, mentorship, and firm growth initiatives as appropriate
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5+ years of financial planning experience, including estate and tax planning
- Strong understanding of investments and portfolio construction
- Experience serving high‑net‑worth clients
- Proficiency with financial technology platforms such as Salesforce, Orion, eMoney (preferred), and Holistiplan
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle complex and sensitive client discussions
- Demonstrated leadership ability prospectively, business acumen, and professional maturity
