** We are hiring a Senior Analyst, Finance Business Operations to help leadership understand what is driving performance, where to focus, and how to improve execution across the business. This role is not traditional FP&A. While grounded in strong financial and analytical fundamentals, the focus is on operational insight, revenue performance, forecasting reliability, and decision support. You will work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Product, and Finance to translate data into actions that improve growth, efficiency, and predictability.

- Partner with Sales and Revenue Ops on pipeline health, deal dynamics, productivity, and compensation insights.
3–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategic Finance, Analytics, or Revenue Operations.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills; expert in Excel.
- Experience working with SaaS metrics (Bookings, ARR, NRR, churn, EOI).
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, etc.
