In this role, you will be working as a Project Architect for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for project management, construction administration and design reviews on restoration projects.

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be work on-site.

Pay; 85,/Yr.

Bachelors degree in Architecture
7+ years of experience in a project architect/job captain role
RA preferred
Revit experience - able to review drawings and make revisions if needed.
Knowledge of concrete and steel restoration projects preferred
Experience with commercial and industrial projects
Responsible for coming up with initial designs, putting together construction documents and assisting in construction administration
