South Coast Improvement Company serves a number of sectors in New England, and also specializes in renovating and expanding occupied Senior Living facilities along the Eastern Seaboard.
Superintendent Responsibilities- Enforce all OSHA and best in class safety standards
- Lead all efforts in maintaining schedule
- Maintain strong knowledge of plans, intent and existing conditions
- Manage multiple subcontractors, tradesmen and laborers for the duration of each project
- Expected to enforce quality and best in class workmanship
- Actively participate in client meetings
- Conduct inspections during precon and close out
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience in commercial construction, preferably for a General Contractor, as a site supervisor or assistant site supervisor
- Enforcement of safety best practices as well as leading weekly tailgate/tool talk, and daily safety checks
- Interior and exterior renovation work including selective demo, ceiling and wall assemblies, finishes, millwork and MEPs
- Occupied renovations
- Scheduling and coordination skills are essential
- Managing multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously
- Procore, MS Office

Salary Range: commensurate with experience but compensation rates are aligned with Greater Boston rates + Competitive Benefits.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $ per year
Schedule- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- OSHA 30 or higher certification (Preferred)
