- Be physically present during critical phases of construction, particularly the final weeks leading to Certificate of Occupancy
- Drive project readiness, inspections, punch lists, and turnover
- Ensure the hospital is delivered to the satisfaction of the doctor partner
- Coordinate installation of digital x-ray, surgical and medical equipment, laundry and breakroom appliances, and specialty veterinary infrastructure
- 8-12+ years managing commercial construction projects; ground-up and second generation (healthcare, medical office, or veterinary strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on-time and on-budget
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost drivers
- Strong experience with permitting, inspections, and Certificate of Occupancy processes
- Proven ability to produce reliable early-stage cost estimates
