We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Intern to support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives. This role offers hands‑on experience in cost analysis, financial modeling, and process improvement. The intern will work closely with finance and operations teams to support data-driven decision-making and improve internal processes.

• Accounting Support
  • Prepare and support reclassification journal entries.
  • Assist with account analysis and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support cost tracking and internal financial reviews as needed.
• Cost Modeling & Analysis
  • Build and maintain financial models related to raw material testing costs.
  • Support pricing analysis and margin modeling initiatives.
  • Partner with operations and procurement teams to analyze cost drivers.
• Process Improvement & Operational Projects
  • Help design and document process flows for batch slot planning and scheduling.
  • Analyze operational data to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Support implementation of structured reporting tools for internal use.
• Operational Excellence Initiatives
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, cost control, and scalability.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts through analysis, documentation, and implementation tracking.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

The budgeted range for this position is $25.00 per hour
. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected hourly range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
