This is a Part-Time Operations Internship opportunity.
20 hours a week.

At 42 North Dental, we are small enough that you will be working directly with all different levels including the COO & CCO (Chief Operating and Chief Clinical Officer), yet we are large enough that you will learn how dental operations works to drive results.
With 103 dental practices across 9 states, 42 North Dental will provide you an experience in operational management.
The Operations Intern will be an integral part of the regional operations team working on key projects. They will also have direct responsibility for 3 key areas: process improvement, data analysis, and efforts to drive growth in key operations.
Reporting to the Director of Operations for the East Region this internship is crucial in ensuring our department continues to achieve our goals, reflect our culture, and provide value to our practices.
What You'll Do
- Review operations to identify opportunities to improve the patient's experience.
- Support internal SharePoint information to improve operations communication, evaluating opportunities for improvement in content, including information needing updating/removal and needed new content.
- Support regional teams with projects to improve efficiency and remove barriers to providing focused/consistent operations.
- Develop structure to improve operational communication and opportunities to focus on overall business performance. Identify ways to celebrate growth and key success in performance.
- Work with team in evaluating Dentrix Ascend, companies Dental Practice Management and Electronic Record, for ways to improve patient and provider experience.
- Learn about Videa AI and how it will support dental operations.
