Ice Cream Truck Driver​/Server

Frosty Ice Cream, a family-owned business since 1958, has been serving delightful soft-serve ice cream treats to the Boston and Metro-West communities. Our trucks can be spotted at public events, private parties, and corporate gatherings, where we provide joy through our signature desserts. As an Ice Cream Truck Driver/Server, you will be responsible for driving the ice cream truck, serving customers, and ensuring a friendly and enjoyable experience at various public and private events as well as set locations around the Boston/Metro-West area. Your daily tasks will include driving, setting up and organizing the truck, preparing and serving ice cream, managing transactions, and restocking supplies as needed.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Waltham, MA.

• Drivers License
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance requirements to ensure safe and legal truck operation.
• Capability to manage physical activities such as unloading and organizing supplies efficiently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to provide a positive experience to customers.
• Ability to work independently and maintain responsibility for the ice cream truck's cleanliness and operation.
• Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
• Flexibility with schedules, including weekends or evenings, as required for events.
