The SBA Closing Specialist is responsible for managing the closing process for SBA 504 loans, ensuring compliance with SBA guidelines and internal procedures. Reporting to the Closing Manager, this role requires precision, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with borrowers, lenders, attorneys, and title乱子 companies.

• Coordinate and oversee the closing of SBA 504 loans from approval through funding.
• Communicate with all parties involved to ensure timely and accurate closings.
• Submit required documentation to SBA and maintain compliance throughout the process.
• Track loan progress and maintain detailed records in internal systems.
• Resolve issues and respond to inquiries related to loan closings.
• Stay informed of changes in SBA regulations and best practices.
• Attend in‑person closings.
• Complete site visits for funding loans.
• Perform other duties as required from time to time.

• 2+ years of experience in commercial lending, preferably with SBA loan closings.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan management software.
