Boston IVF is hiring for a full‑time Administrative Assistant/Third‑Party Reproduction Liaison for our growing team in our Waltham location.
Job description- Schedule patients for seminars, prepare patients’ charts, and schedule lab work.
- Track results and enter confidential information into the company's databases.
- Maintain excellent documentation in EMR.
- Communicate with patients about the donor egg and gestational carrier process.
- Coordinate with other departments to arrange appointments.
- Liaise between patients, the TPR team, clinical teams, and lab management for the directed sperm donation program.
- Schedule directed sperm donors for screening and maintain communication with recipients and their sperm donors.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate multifaceted tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility.
- Familiarity and experience with computers.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work on several projects simultaneously and function effectively under pressure and despite frequent interruptions.
- Experience in the medical field is required.
- OB/GYN or infertility experience is preferred.
This position is full‑time. Monday‑Friday days, four 10‑hour shifts can be an option, hours negotiable on‑site in Waltham, MA.
