About the job

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring we continue to provide Outstanding support for our children and families, through the support you provide to practitioners within your team. You will be part of a team that has created a learning organisation with effective and accountable relationships with each other and with partners (Ofsted, 2025). Your work includes supporting children, young people and families within your locality and working with a locality team to achieve great and permanent outcomes for children in our care.

Salary Scale: £42, (+10% Retention Payments after 2 years, increasing at 4 and 6 years)
