Skilled TIG Welder

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Engineering company, in their search for a Skilled TIG Welder to work in their workshop based in Brownhills.

For the successful TIG Welder, our client is offering;
Rate of pay up to £18.50 Per Hour Monday to Thursday 7:45 am- 4:30 pm and 7:45 am to 1:30 on Fridays Overtime is available

• TIG Welder:
  Coded welding 6G Welding position ideally (2G considered) Welding of stainless and carbon steel tubes (Butt Welds and fillets) and plates Positional welding on pressure vessels, pressure parts and superheater pipework Most welds are to be X-ray standard as well as MPI/DPI What our client is looking for in a TIG Welder:
• Must have relevant experience- ESSENTIAL
• Be confident with 6G or 2G TIG welding- ESSENTIAL
• ADVANTAGEOUS
• A weld trade test will be required, which will be x-rayed
• Will be able for butt welds to pass X-ray.
