Overview
O'Neill & Brennan is working with a Luxury House Builder based in Birmingham to deliver various domestic projects across the West Midlands. Permanent hands‑on Site Managers & Site Supervisors are required to run projects from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Run projects from start to completion.
- Manage all aspects of domestic builds from ground up, including groundwork, brickwork, and 2nd‑fix finishing trades.
- Coordinate with trades to ensure luxurious finishes.
- Traditional builders background with exposure to all aspects of domestic builds.
- Knowledge of all trades from groundwork/externals to 2nd‑fix finishing is essential.
Salaries around £40‑45k plus a company van and benefits. Negotiable based on experience.
