Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Assess customer suitability for entry and resolve issues effectively
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents
- Support venue operations through an assertive and proactive presence
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Promote health and safety awareness
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems in line with legal and company standards
- Previous experience in the security industry
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence
- CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) certification
- CCTV licence
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We are seeking individuals who are smart, professional, approachable, and confident in communicating with people at all levels.
Shift: 12 hours from 06:30am
-18:30pm.
Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
