Junior Field Sales Executive (Solar/ Renewables) – Birmingham (Field-Based)

£30,000 + Bonus + £0.45/mile Mileage + 28 Days Holiday + Training + Progression Opportunities

You will visit pre-qualified warm leads across the area, guiding homeowners through high-level solar and battery design conversations. You will explain the financial, environmental, and energy-independence benefits of solar, build trust, answer questions, and close sales on the doorstep with the support of the technical and design team. You’ll capture key survey details to pass to the technical team and manage your daily activity, outcomes, and follow-ups while consistently hitting sales and conversion targets.

This role sits within a growing private solar division. You’ll be part of a family‑oriented, ambitious company with a clear path for progression, in a future-proof industry with long-term demand. You’ll be supported by a friendly and professional team passionate about renewables.

• Visit pre-qualified warm leads for solar PV, battery, and EV charger solutions
• Guide homeowners through solar options, explain benefits, and close sales on the doorstep
• Capture survey information and liaise with the technical/design team

• UK driving licence; happy traveling
