Retail Assistant - Part Time

Position

Retail Assistant (Permanent Part‑time) – Brownhills, West Midlands.

20 hours per week, 5 days, shifts vary. Minimum of 20 hours worked over 5 days from 7 each week, including weekends. Pay: £10.10 per hour for ages 16-20, £12.31 per hour for ages 21+.

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile.
• Help customers find the items they are looking for.
• Give fast and friendly service at the tills, always offering help to pack and leaving a friendly thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care while working deliveries, quickly placing products into our freezers and onto our shelves ready for customers to buy.
• Work with the rest of the team to complete the daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.

• A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.
• Enjoy being busy – able to jump from deliveries to the till, helping customers on the shop floor, completing cleaning and stock rotation routines and more.
• Reliable, dependable – the team and customers rely on you to do your best on each shift.
• A bit of flexibility with shifts; willing to cover slightly different hours as needed.
