Quality Specialist

Position: Quality Specialist (Permanent)
Location: Aldridge

We are working with a well-established international manufacturing business supplying high-performance metal solutions into demanding industries. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Quality Specialist with a strong background in both Quality Assurance and Quality Control who is eager to progress into a more senior position once fully established in the role.

The Role

* Support and maintain the Quality Management System

* Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits

* Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and implement corrective actions

* Oversee inspection processes and ensure compliance with customer specifications

* Work closely with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement

* Support customer quality requirements and documentation

About You

* Solid experience across both Quality Assurance and Quality Control

* Strong understanding of quality systems and compliance processes

* Experience with in manufacturing is essential

* Aerospace industry experience is desirable but not essential

* Knowledge of AS9100 would be advantageous

* Ambitious and motivated to progress into a senior-level role
