A high‑growth food manufacturer is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join its senior leadership team at a pivotal stage of expansion.

The business operates multiple production sites and partners with well‑known consumer brands alongside its own branded and private‑label ranges. Recent investment and the introduction of a new, highly automated manufacturing facility are driving significant increases in capacity and efficiency.

This role has full accountability for end‑to‑end manufacturing operations, including production, planning, and logistics. You will lead multi‑site teams, own operational budgets and P&L delivery, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in shaping long‑term operational strategy.

• Senior operational leader with experience in fast‑paced food manufacturing
• Proven track record leading multi‑site operations or large teams
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
