This role focuses on the safe and efficient operation of Matsuura CNC machining centres. No programming skills required. We are simply looking for someone confident in setting, operating and maintaining smooth production from existing programs.

• Set and operate Matsuura CNC machines using existing programs
• Load/unload components and ensure accurate part alignment
• Conduct tool changes and machine adjustments as required!
• Perform quality checks using measuring equipment (verniers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Monitor production runs to maintain output and quality standards
• Adhere to health & safety and maintain a clean working environment
• Report any machine issues or deviations to the supervisor
