Are you a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a role where you can grow, develop and truly be part of a great team? Our client, a successful and supportive SME manufacturing business, is offering an exciting opportunity for an engineer who's passionate about maintenance, improvement, and continuous learning.

You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving production equipment and facilities, ensuring machinery runs smoothly and downtime is minimised. You'll work closely with production teams to identify root causes of issues and deliver practical solutions - all while contributing to a positive and collaborative engineering culture.

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
• Troubleshooting mechanical faults across a range of machinery - bearings, chains, motors
• Supporting process improvements and equipment upgrades
• Working with a small, friendly team in a hands-on environment
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

• Proven maintenance experience (manufacturing or similar environment)
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• A team player who takes pride in their work
