We are currently recruiting an experienced Cladding Machine Operative to work on 360-degree spiral wound cladding machines. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering long-term stability after a successful temporary period.

• Operate 360-degree spiral wound cladding machines safely and efficiently
• Set up and adjust machines to meet production specifications
• Monitor output and carry out quality inspections
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report any faults
• Follow all health & safety guidelines
• Work as part of a production team to meet targets

• Proven experience working with 360-degree spiral wound cladding machines
• Experience in cladding, insulation, or industrial manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Ability to work independently and within a team
