Team Manager - Learning Disability Team -
G12: £55,662 - £59,490 per annum.
Whether you are an experienced Team Manager looking for a high‑performing environment, or an Advance Practitioner/Assistant Team Manager ready to take that next ambitious step into management, this is the role for you.
You will be leading a well‑established, stable, and dedicated Learning Disability team in Adult Social Care made up of professionals who are proud of the work they do. We operate a Named Worker Model ensuring that the people we support receive continuity, strength based and person‑centered approach that truly makes a difference.
About the job:This is an incredibly exciting time to join us. While our foundations are strong, we aren’t standing still. We are currently embarking on a proactive improvement journey.
You will have the autonomy to:- Incorporate the latest innovations in LD support.
- Lead a team that is already engaged and eager to excel.
The Aspiring Manager:
You are an Advance Practitioner/Assistant Team Manager with a deep understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and LD practice. You’re ready for more responsibility and want a supportive environment to transition into leadership.
The Experienced Leader:You’ve been a Team Manager before and you’re looking for a team that "gets it." You want to focus on high‑level practice improvement rather than constant crisis management.
