• Accountable for all departments as Duty Manager of the site, ensuring the business plan is executed to achieve site targets and being the point of contact and decision maker for all operational issues.
• Identifying and resolving any production risks.
• Analysing and interpreting a range of business data to leverage operational excellence and achieve KPIs (key performance indicators).
• Directing and influencing teams to achieve business objectives through effective communication.

• You’re a skilled problem solver who works with the team to identify potential risks and identifies pragmatic solutions and contingency plans.

• You play an instrumental role in implementing change initiatives, modelling behaviours that support others to maintain focus and effectiveness.
• You understand the need to work in collaboration with others.
