Overview

Work as a Home Manager for an established provider within the Midlands and Staffordshire area with a great reputation in the sector. As a Commissioning Manager with a good background with the CQC you will take on a brand new Home with the aim to take this luxury Nursing and Residential Home to the high standard this environment deserves.

• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Salary circa £80k

• Elderly Dementia experience
• NVQ L5 (minimum to be working towards)
• CQC experience
• Commissioning Experience Preferred
• RGN Essential

As a Home Manager, you'll be responsible for starting this elderly nursing home from the beginning within a company that has experience of Good and Outstanding CQC reports in purpose‑built Homes that give great dementia care. With the growth plans in place this is an excellent opportunity to look at future Regional / Quality positions.

You will work alongside the SMT to provide high‑end care and give a great quality of life within a nursing setting, all this whilst working in a brilliant company who do their best to get the best for those in their care.
